Plasturel products are supplements for external use. They are not medicines. They do not treat, cure or prevent illness, and they are not a substitute for medical advice, a balanced lifestyle or any treatment your doctor has prescribed. They are not intended for anyone under 18. If you are on medication, pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor before using them. Results vary from one person to another.
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Prices and offers can change without notice, but your order is always honoured at the price shown when you placed it. Where we show a discount, it is measured against the lowest price we charged in the previous 30 days.
Orders are placed online, on plasturel.com. The contract is formed the moment we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order for good reason — incomplete details, suspected fraud, an item out of stock — and in that case anything you have paid is refunded in full.
We deliver to 26 countries in the European Union, normally in 3–5 business days. Delivery is free on qualifying orders — the amount you need to reach depends on your country. Full details in our Delivery policy.
You have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), plus the 30-day Plasturel money-back guarantee. Details in our Refund policy. Your statutory guarantee of conformity applies to every product as well.
Subscription orders are covered by our Subscription cancellation policy — you can cancel at any time, with no penalty.
Everything on this site — text, images, logo, design — belongs to Plasturel and may not be copied or used commercially without our written agreement.

This contract is governed by Romanian law, and nothing in it takes away the consumer protections you are entitled to in your own country of residence. If you are unhappy about anything, write to us first — we settle almost everything quickly and amicably. You can also use the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
